Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel with clean and well-maintained rooms. The breakfast was enjoyable, but it could use more vegetarian options. The staff were generally pleasant, although some aspects of service could definitely improve. The location was perfect, right on the beach, but if you’re sensitive to noise, be prepared for the late-night beach club sounds.

My stay at this hotel on Phi Phi Island was quite disappointing. The location is nice as it’s right on the beach, but that’s where the positives end. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, and the service was unhelpful and unfriendly. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here as the experience was overshadowed by cleanliness and hospitality issues.
